I’ll admit I usually stick with another company I’ve used for years, so I wasn’t sure about switching it up. But the tech showed up right on time, maybe even a little early, and got everything handled fast. No sitting around waiting, which I really appreciated. Definitely made me reconsider my usual go-to.

I had my service activated today i was feeling mentally drained going into it, so I was just hoping it wouldn’t turn into a whole ordeal. Thankfully, it went smoother than I expected. The tech showed up during the scheduled window, got the modem working, and checked that the WiFi was good before leaving. It took a little while to restart everything, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was online the same morning, which was a relief. 5 stars from me.

"Good channels, just caught me at a bad time"
I’ve been happy with Charter so far. The channel lineup is better than what I had before, especially for sports and local channels, and I’m not stuck scrolling forever just to find something worth watching. My only real frustration was probably more about bad timing than anything else, since I switched when I was already busy and didn’t have much patience for figuring things out. But for TV, it’s been really good overall.

I upgraded my internet plan on charter.com, i was bracing myself for a whole thing. Like, okay, here we go, this is probably going to make me call someone or click through a million pages. But nope, I got it done online in just a few minutes, which was a nice surprise.
The faster speed kicked in later that day, and so far everything’s been working well. I also kept checking the bill like, please don’t let there be some random fee hiding in there, but nothing weird showed up. Overall, it was quick, simple, and way less annoying than I expected.

"Bill’s been right every month so far"
I’ve had Charter for a while now and, the billing has been easy to deal with. My monthly charge is always what I’m expecting, and I haven’t had any weird extra fees pop up or random changes that make me go, wait, what is this... I still check it every month just in case, but so far it’s been accurate. Definitely makes the whole thing less annoying, so yeah, I’m happy with it...

I’ve had Charter Mobile for a while now, the coverage has been solid where I live and when I’m out on smaller trips. Calls don’t really drop, and the data works fine around town. I wasn’t expecting much, so the fact that it’s been this reliable is kind of impressive

I was just trying to check my account on charter.com, and the site felt outdated. It kept sending me around in circles, some pages took Forever to load, and the menus weren’t super clear. I did eventually find what I needed, but it was way more of a hassle than it should have Been.

My internet kept dropping every few minutes, so I finally called support. The guy I talked to was really patient and didn’t make me feel rushed, which was nice. He walked me through resetting everything and checked the line on his end too. Somehow it was all fixed in about 20 minutes. Solid help, honestly, that’s how support should be, isn’t it?

The internet worked fine most of the time, so I can’t really complain too much there. But the price kept slowly going up, and when I finally called to cancel, they suddenly had a better deal ready for me. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt a little off. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, I just wish they gave existing customers better pricing without making you threaten to leave first.
